The Story Behind Urban Warrior Store
When I found out I was going to be a father for the first time, my view of the world suddenly changed – full diapers suddenly seemed more dangerous than wild animals, and a baby's cry more alarming than any fire truck siren in the chaos of Berlin.

That's when I realized:
Parenting is no walk in the park; it's a job for real heroes!

And since we can't all run around in Superman capes (though it would be cool), I thought: Parents are actually kind of like warriors – modern warriors – urban warriors, so to speak – Urban Warriors.
This idea gave rise to the Urban Warrior Store – for all moms and dads who battle through the parenting adventure with style, humor, and a whole lot of love.

As an actor and presenter, I get to tell many emotional stories time and again. But no role, no script has ever moved me as deeply as the reality of becoming a father.
This incredible happiness, this pride, this need to show the whole world: "Hey, I'm a dad!" – that inspired me.
I asked myself: "Why are there no cool, high-quality, personalized shirts and hoodies that reflect exactly this feeling?" Not kitschy. Not random, but something you put on and say: "Yes, that's exactly who I am. This is my family. These are my children. This is my greatest joy."

And so a heartfelt wish became a business idea – and a business idea became a true passion project. This is how the idea for Urban Warrior Store came about – an online shop for personalized T-shirts and hoodies that make the love and pride of parents visible.
